After a hard day's work at FedEx, it's great to come home to a late-night snack (I usually get home around midnight or a little after). Pizza is quite probably my favorite food. Now, let's clarify something. Chicken Satay, Tequila-Lime Chicken, that black truffle risotto from Bouchon, almost anything that my friend Jay or my friend Mercedes cooks, is better than pizza. But I'm never not in the mood for pizza. Bertucci's is one of my favorite pizza places, and here at home, we usually go for Papa John's, but it's rare that I find a pizza that I just hate. In this photo, I'm showcasing my delight over a $1.00 frozen "Crisp Crust Party Pizza" specially prepared by the good folks at Totino's and distributed by General Mills Sales, Inc. I usually add some extra cheese on the top and some onion and/or garlic and whatever else suits my fancy at the moment. Yes sir, that's good eatin'!
